FAQ
Questions buyers ask first
SMS, WhatsApp, Email, RCS and Voice. A campaign starts on one channel, and a fallback chain can move each recipient to another.
No. It asks questions and drafts the campaign; nothing is created or sent until you confirm it. You can pause, resume or cancel a run from the dashboard.
It works with your approved templates: SMS templates registered on DLT and WhatsApp templates approved by Meta. It helps you pick the template and fill its variables, so what goes out is always an approved message.
Upload a CSV or XLSX file in the chat. AiCAM reads it and removes duplicate numbers before the campaign goes out.
A next step for each recipient when their message reaches a condition: for example, RCS not available, so send WhatsApp; WhatsApp not read within an hour, so send an SMS. Steps can also call your own HTTP endpoint.
It suggests one. Suggestions come from when your own past campaigns got answered, and you can turn them off in AiCAM settings. You always pick the schedule.
