SMS pricing FAQs
Transactional SMS is ₹0.12/credit. Every message type is listed in the SMS rates table. Prices are in ₹ INR and exclude 18% GST. There is no setup fee.
One credit is one SMS part. A standard (GSM) message fits 160 characters in one part; longer messages are split into parts of 153 characters. Unicode messages, used for regional scripts, fit 70 characters in one part, and 67 per part when longer.
Sender ID registration with Pixabits is free. We help you register your header and message templates on the DLT platform.
Volume pricing is applied on request, not automatically: talk to sales to activate it, and sales confirms the rate for your account. The slab table and calculator are indicative and price each block of messages at its own slab's rate. Volume discounts come with the Growth, Enterprise and Premium plans.
Yes. Customers in India pay in ₹ INR plus 18% GST and get a GST invoice on every charge. Customers elsewhere pay in $ USD.

By default SMS is charged on delivery: credit is reserved when you send, deducted when the delivery report confirms delivery, and released if the message fails or times out.
